Refund and Returns Policy

At Vedam, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our EVA products for fitness and yoga. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy explains how you can return a product, under what conditions a return is accepted, and how refunds are processed.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible to return a product if the following conditions are met:

  • Timeframe: You must request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Only Manufacturing Defect: The product must be having and manufacturing defect to refund approval.

2. Products Exempt from Return

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless they arrive damaged or faulty).

3. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to vedam.born.for.comfort1@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the product if necessary or fill the contact form.
  2. Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse at:

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If the product you receive is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs. To report a damaged or faulty product:

  • Contact us at vedam.born.for.comfort1@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the damage.
  • Upon verification, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Processing Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and confirm it is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund:

  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive the product for the refund to be processed. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, such as:

  • Yoga mats that have been used or opened.
  • Fitness equipment with visible signs of use.
  • Products marked as “final sale” or “clearance.”

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and process a full refund.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to the return process outlined above.
